How are telemarketing services charged?

Your time is worth money and so is ours. You can expect to pay a combination of a day rate and (where appropriate) a commission. Taking each project on a case by case basis, charges typically take the form of:
- a flat daily rate plus a % commission on resulting sales
- a flat hourly rate or flat daily rate
- a monthly retainer
- a guaranteed appointment rate per appointment

Fees are payable in advance of project commencement.

Do you charge set up fees?

In some cases, yes. The reasons for this revolve around several factors: Establishing what information is required, creating compelling communication: Opening statements and questions for prospects, familiarising with new tools such as CRM, de-briefings on product or service, establishing criteria for quality data sourcing, testing the market with preliminary calls for control on data quality and to test the effectiveness of call-opening statements.
